2020 Jan - Sharing from Calligraphy Class Member

My wife and I have participated in the NYCBC community service programs for over four years now. We started from scratch here, not knowing one single person in the beginning. Now we have made a group of good friends, learning, singing, dancing, drinking tea and eating together harmoniously and joyfully. These programs allow people like us, who have retired but are still active, to relive their happy times from childhood and youth. What a Garden of Eden for learning, entertainment, making good friends and fitness!

The NYCBC Community Services not only provide a variety of activities, but also give people from the community a chance to learn about Christianity. Many have come to know Christ and joined the church through participating in these activities. My wife and I also began attending the Church after joining these activities. The tender care given by the pastors of NYCBC to the members for their spiritual and daily needs is exemplary. It stands out just like the Garden of Eden in this wicked world!
