685 Building Parking Permit Guidelines

These guidelines are intended for individuals participating in church activities and their guests. Upon submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email regarding your responsibility to verify the license plate number accurately. After the eligibility is approved, the applicant will receive an official confirmation email.

Types of Parking Permits

1. Annual Parking Permit:

• For regular attendees of church gatherings to apply. This permit is valid for a maximum period of one calendar year, expiring every December 31st. The automatic renewal for the next year will take effect on November 1 of the current year.

• Applications should be submitted at least 7 days before you visit the church.

• Each applicant registers only one vehicle (requires approval from a pastor or fellowship leader).

• If you change your vehicle license plate, you must submit a new application form.

2. Guest Parking Permit:

• For visitors or individuals not attending regular, long-term church programs.

• Applications should be submitted at least 3 days before you visit the church.

3. Paper Parking Permit:

• For participants who attend only long-term sports activities held by NYCBC Ministries or Fellowships on a specific assigned day and time. Please contact your activity coordinator directly to obtain the application link for a paper permit.

• Applications should be submitted at least 3 days before you visit the church.

• Loss of a paper parking permit requires re-issuance. An administrative fee of $5 in cash will be charged.

• For new participants, a temporary one-day permit may be provided by event coordinators for use outside of standard office hours.

Parking Lot Regulations & Hours

• Weekend Parking:
  Participants in church activities on Saturdays and Sundays can park in any available parking space.

• Opening Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 6:00 am to 10:30 pm

  • Sunday: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

Please note: Lot is automatically locked outside these hours

Important Restrictions

• Reserved Spaces:
  Except on Saturdays and Sundays, parking is not permitted in the assigned reserved spaces for tenants of the North York Chinese Baptist Church. On Sundays, the reserved tandem parking spaces are for registered users only.

• Prohibited Use:
  Parking is strictly for the purpose of participating in church activities (except for paid public parking).

• No Overnight Parking:
  Overnight parking is not allowed.

• Enforcement:
  Unauthorized vehicles will be tagged and/or towed away at the owner’s expense.

• Liability:
  The building owner/management company is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings parked within the 685 building parking lot, regardless of the reason.

685大厦泊車許可證申請指引

教會泊車許可證是為參與教會活動及被邀請的嘉賓申請者而設, 所有申請者提交申請後，將收到一封確認申請郵件，內容涉及您須核對及確認車牌號碼的責任。申請資格被核准後，申請人將收到正式生效確認郵件。

泊車許可證種類

1. 年度泊車許可證： 

• 僅供定期參加教會聚會者申請。此許可證有效期最長為一年，將於每年 12 月 31 日到期。下年度自動續期將於當年11月1日生效。

• 申請必須於參加教會活動前至少七天提交。

• 每位申請人僅限登記一輛汽車（須經牧者或團契負責人批准）。

• 若在一年有效期內更換車牌，必須重新提交申請表。

2. 嘉賓泊車許可證： 

• 供給嘉賓或非固定參與教會聚會的人士使用。

• 申請必須於參加教會活動前至少三天提交。

3. 紙本泊車許可證： 

• 若你只參加由北約華人浸信會事工組或團契在指定日期和時間舉辦的長期體育活動，請直接聯絡活動負責人，以獲取申請紙本泊車許可證的連結。

• 申請必須於參加教會活動前至少三天提交。

• 如遺失了紙本泊車許可證，需重新補發，並將收取現金 $5 的行政費用。

• 活動負責人可為新參加者發放一日臨時泊車許可證, 供在教會辦公室辦公時間外使用。

停車場泊車與開放時間

• 週末泊車： 

  • 於週六及週日參加教會活動的人士，可停泊於任何可用的車位。

• 開放時間：

  • 週一至週六：上午 6:00 至 晚上 10:30

  • 週日：上午 6:00 至 晚上 10:00

注意 : 非開放時間停車場將自動關閉

重要限制及責任事項

• 預留車位： 

  除星期六日外，不可停泊在北約華人浸信會預留給租户的停車位置; 星期日預留雙連車位(Tandem Parking)只供預留登記者使用。

• 禁止非活動用途： 

  泊車僅限用於參與教會活動之目的（付費公眾泊車除外）。

• 嚴禁通宵泊車：

  停車場不允許通宵泊車。

• 違規處理： 

  未經授權的車輛將被發告票及/或拖走，費用由車主自行承擔。

• 免責聲明： 

  無論基於任何原因，業主/大廈管理公司對停泊於 685 號樓停車場內的車輛或個人財物之任何損失或損壞概不負責。
