Fire Drill at NYCBC
In order to improve safety awareness and comply with the Ontario Fire Code, the church will conduct a Fire Drill on Sunday September 21st for 685 Sheppard.

On Sunday September 21st, the fire alarm at 685 will sound at 12:10pm.
Except for those with mobility limitations who will stay where they are, everyone at 685 Sheppard is required to evacuate the building immediately. We will be gathering on the lawns and sidewalks in front of 685, 675, and 671 Sheppard. Please follow the directions of leaders who will be wearing orange safety vests.
There will be many helpers taking care of children in the nursery, toddler room, and the 3rd floor classrooms. Parents do not need to look for their children. Parents should leave the building directly by themselves.
The Fire Drill is expected to be completed by 1:00pm. When instructed, everyone should go back inside to 685.
All vehicles parked at 685 and 675 from 11:30 onwards cannot leave until the Fire Drill is completed.
Occupants at 675 Sheppard can ignore the fire alarm at 685. There will be a separate fire drill for 675 on a later date.

教會防火演習：
為了提升安全意識並遵守《安大略消防法》，教會將於 9 月 21 日(星期日)在 685大樓進行消防演習。
•   當日685大樓的火警鐘將於中午 12:10 響起。
•   除行動不便者可原地留守外，685大樓的所有人員都必須立即撤離建築物。我們將在 685、675 和 671
前方的草坪與行人道集合。請遵循穿著橙色安全背心的領導人員指示。
•   當天會有許多同工協助照顧嬰幼兒室、幼兒室及三樓課室的孩子。家長不需要去接孩子，
應該直接自行離開建築物。
•   消防演習預計於下午 1:00 完成。當被通知時，大家可返回 685大樓。
•   上午 11:30 之後停放在 685 與 675 的所有車輛，在消防演習結束之前不得駛離。
•   675大樓的人員可忽略 685 的火警鐘。675 的消防演習將另行安排。

Group photo: 1:30 PM, followed by a relaxing 30 min trail walk and then free time

👉Please bring your own lunch (or hot dog is available for $2), lawn chair, and games.
👉Park admission is charged per vehicle: $25.20 for a standard passenger car (up to 7 seats). Carpooling is recommended.
