Consultation on NYCBC English Name Change 北約華人浸信會英文名稱更改諮詢

As previously reported at the quarterly BMM, according to one of the recommendations made by the task force on Community Outreach, the Board of Deacons is considering changing the English name of our church to replace the word “Chinese” in order to show our community that non-Chinese newcomers are welcome to our church, while the Chinese name of our church will remain unchanged. Church members received an email on July 14 with the background information and questionnaire. Thank you all for your participation in this important strategic planning initiative, and the results of the questionnaire will be announced at a later date.
