事工組目的

提高會眾對敬拜及祈禱生活的重視

事奉崗位

崇拜安排：早上9:30及11:15  (2名)

  • 安排崇拜主席

  • 安排司餐員及預備主餐的人

  • 確保敬拜場地有適當的照明，舒適的空調，維持敬拜不受干擾

敬拜組統籌  (1名)

  • 與敬拜組及領詩配合

  • 鼓勵，支持並促進各敬拜組的團隊精神

  • 鼓勵敬拜組 / 領詩的屬靈成長

  • 在詩歌選擇提供指引

  • 鼓勵敬拜組 / 領詩

  • 提高主日崇拜的敬拜精神

  • 帶領會眾透過詩歌去默想及敬拜

  • 為敬拜組 / 領詩提供音樂培訓的消息

祈禱  (1名)

  • 鼓勵並提供集體祈禱的機會，讓會眾經歷神的信實

  • 安排祈禱會的司琴及領詩

  • 安排每週的祈禱會

  • 若情況許可，每年安排一次祈禱退修會

聖樂：早上9:30及11:15  (2名)

  • 促進會眾對聖樂的欣賞

  • 安排主日崇拜的司琴 (鋼琴、風琴) 及領詩

  • 遵守音樂 / 詩歌之版權

  • 按時繳交版權年費

  • 提供音樂培訓的消息

  • 促進聖樂在敬拜的運用

  • 保持詩集的完整

接待：早上9:30及11:15  (2名)

  • 安排主日崇拜及特別敬拜的接待及司事

  • 於主日崇拜及特別敬拜後清理場地

  • 確保聖經有好的保存，有足夠數量供給沒有聖經的新來賓

  • 補充奉獻封及筆

  • 於聚會前保持大堂走廊安靜; 協助有需要的人仕，例如：請新來賓到迎賓處

CSC 11:15 am Usher Team

1. The goals of the Ministry Group for the year 2024

Usher Team 11:15am

Two Teams of ushers alternatively carry out usher duties every Sunday at the 11:15 am Service to make sure worshippers have a safe and comfortable environment to praise God.  To keep the sanctuary foyer and the Eastern corridor in a quiet environment before the CSC service begins; to provide any necessary assistance e.g. bring newcomers to the reception desk.  Ushers also serve in the baptism procedure, Communion, Good Friday and Christmas Service.

  • To be a welcoming beacon of the Church

Choir 9:30am 

  • Focused on preparing choir members spiritually and musically fit for serving

Choir 11:15am

  • Minister to the congregation through hymns and encourage one another through songs

  • To equip the choir to become better and responsible music ministers

  • Assist the worship teams to lead congregational singing

Worship Team 11:15am

  • To better integrate different members and leaders to serve with similar values.

  • To develop and further enhance communication with in worship teams and leaders.

2. Highlights of the activities for achieving the goals

Usher Team 11:15am

Provide usher duties for Church’s other special events organized by LOM, Teaching Ministry, as required.  Those who had served in these events all agreed they had earned good experiences.  Worked with other ministries leaders to provide a smooth rundown.  

Worship Logistic 9:30am

  • Friendly conversation with the new visitors. 

  • Get contact information for follow up. 

  • Introduce visitors to various fellowships and the Community services program. 

Choir 9:30am

  • Held weekly training in August, with great attendance.

Choir 11:15am

  • The choir continues weekly practices to improve singing techniques and to grow spiritually through the songs

  • Through the summer recruitment promotion, we welcomed 10 new choristers.

Worship Team 11:15am

  • Through large gathering meetings where leaders and members could meet and understand each other to further develop team visions.

3.the results and some forward looking sharing

Usher Team 11:15am

We have various newly joined brothers and sisters from a few fellowships who had been faithfully serving our Congregation, either for one year or for a few years. Serving in the Usher Team is a very good start for those who wish to understand more about serving in our church in the front line.

  • Visitors will become new members of the Church. 

Choir 11:15am

  • The choirs will continue to sing hymns to help the congregation to praise God and draw closer to God.

  • Teams and leaders have developed more communication which facilitate development of similar goals and values.

  • 協助敬拜組帶領會眾詩

根據需要，為教會本地福音事工, 教導事工 組織的特別活動提供引座職責。 參加過事奉這些活動的司事一致認為，他們獲得了很好的經驗。 與其他部會領導合作，確保流程順利完成。

Worship Logistic 9:30am

  • 與新訪客友好交談。

  • 取得後續跟進的聯絡資訊。

  • 向訪客介紹各種團體和社區服務計劃。

詩班 上午 9:30

  • 8 月舉行每週培訓，出席率很高。

午堂詩班 11:15 am

  • 每週五都繼續練習，以提高歌唱技巧和靈命增長

  • 透過暑假的詩班招募，新增了十位詩班員

敬拜團隊 上午 11:15

  • 透過大型聚會，帶領者和成員可以相互認識和了解，以進一步發展團隊的異像。

我們有來自不同團契新加入的弟兄姊妹，他們已經忠實地服事了我們的會眾，有的已經有一年，有的已經有幾年了。對於那些希望進一步了解在我們教會前線服務的人來說，在引座員團隊中服事是一個很好的開始。

  • 詩班將繼續藉著獻唱詩歌幫助會眾更能同心讚美歌頌神，親近神。
